Katana Zero [NTT Character Mod]

This mod adds Zero from Katana Zero the game. 

Kind like old Chicken with Throne Butt but Zero is much flexible to play because the melee damage in Chronos area, and it's more stressful and excited for playing Zero because his passives. 

Passives: 

 - Much faster. 

- 4 Max HP. Zero is not as strong as common mutants. 

- More aggressive enemies. Every mutant wants to seize Chronos power to use for themselves.

Active: 

 - Can slow time. Because the power of Chronos in wasteland, Zero could create a blue circle area, everything here will be slowed down, the melee damage will be much higher there, and Zero could still act in normal rate. But be careful, Zero will lost in eternal time if he still trying to control the power of Chronos after he exhausted all of them. 

Ultra A - Devil in Mind: All I.D.P.D. popos turn into double Freaks, Freaks will drop more Rads and they have less health. 

Ultra B - Quiet in Will: Kills extend slow motion time, and Zero could spend Rads to overriding slow time. 

Zero was a playable character in Nuclear Throne Stupid as the third Custom Character, so he is commemorative for NTS. But NTS is going to change its name and become more understandable as a NTT mod now so we still decided to change some characters to standalone mod. 

Idea and sprites made by Gali, who made a lot sprites for NTS and most of them will never to be seen.
